How to Use Quick Create (and customise your content)

Quick Create helps you generate content faster by applying your preferred settings automatically.

Instead of adjusting things every time, you can set your preferences once - and halio will follow them whenever you create a post.

Where to find Quick Create settings

To update your preferences:

1. Go to Settings

2. Click AI Settings

3. Select the Quick Create tab

Want images included with your captions?

You can choose to automatically generate an image alongside your caption.

To turn this on:

• Scroll to Post Type

• Tick “Include Image?”

Once enabled, every time you generate a caption using Quick Create, an image will be created to match your content — ready to use.

Choose your post format

You can also control the type of content Quick Create generates.

Use the Post Type dropdown to select:

• Caption – Standard social media posts

• Insight – Educational or informative content

• Misc – Alternative formats

Your selection will be applied each time you use Quick Create.

Customise your content style

You can also set:

• Length (e.g. short or long captions)

• Tone of voice (e.g. casual, professional)

• What to include (e.g. hashtags, call to actions)

• Formatting preferences

These settings help ensure your content matches your brand without extra editing.

You're all set

Once your settings are saved, just head to Create → Quick Create and generate your content.
