Don’t worry if you’re not sure where to start, we’ve got a Schedule Lab filled with ready-made customisable schedules. you can find these under labs in the main menu.
You can combine multiple schedules together and also customise them under Recurring Posts once selected, to tailor to your exact needs, by adding, removing, or editing the posts within the schedule.
Go to the Queue section to see all upcoming recurring posts.
The queue will display the date, platform, and content category for each scheduled post.
On the right-hand side, you’ll see the preview pane and suggested post or post idea.
For a ready-made post category, such as Visual Capitalist, you will have the option to change, edit or approve the post.
For a post idea, you will have the option to change and select an alternative post idea, or select to create a post from that post idea.
Once you’ve selected a post idea, you can either:
Write your own content by typing it manually.
Use AI quick create to automatically create a post from the information provided in your AI settings.
Use AI advanced create to generate a post by answering a few prompts based on the selected post idea.
Finalise the post and schedule it for publishing.
By following these steps, you’ll have a fully automated recurring posting schedule that keeps your content flowing consistently across your social media platforms.
